Absolutely! You can request any of our experienced guides by name. However, guide availability depends on dates. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred guide. Last-minute bookings are possible but may have limited guide options.

We specialize in senior-friendly tours! Our guides are trained to assist elderly pilgrims with patience and care. We can arrange hotel pickup/drop-off close to temple entrances, slower-paced tours, rest breaks, and accessibility information. Yes! Our Two Days Tour Package includes hotel accommodation with meals. For One Day tours, we assist in booking nearby hotels for freshen-up breaks at ₹200/hr or full AC rooms for 24 hours at ₹1,500–₹2,500 based on preference. Transportation can also be arranged through our partner fleet — cars, SUVs, and buses depending on your group size.

Ideally, book 2–3 days ahead to guarantee your preferred guide and package. However, we accommodate last-minute bookings (same-day or next-day) based on guide availability. Peak season (festivals, weekends, holidays) fills up faster, so advance booking is highly recommended during these times.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 3+ days before the tour are refunded in full. Cancellations within 2 days forfeit 50% of the guide fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable as guides block availability. For emergencies or special circumstances, contact us directly and we’ll work out a solution.
